Returns / Refunds:

CANCEL A PENDING ORDER: 

Once an order is made, if we have the item in stock we make every attempt to ship it within 2 working days. Therefore in order to cancel your order please do so within 4 hours of receiving  your confirmation by sending us an email here. Please put 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject.


CHANGED YOUR MIND?
In the event that you are not happy with your product once you have received it, you have 30 days to return the order to us. 

If you wish to receive a refund please be aware that the item must be returned to us unused/ unworn and in the same condition as you received it with the tag still attached.

In the event that you have changed your mind we cannot cover the cost of the return postage.

DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is received and it is broken or damaged, then we are happy to exchange or refund you, dependent on what you prefer. 

RETURN POSTAGE

Please note that it Is the customer who is responsible for the cost of the return postage and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package. Please use tracking numbers to insure your package is covered when it is returned to us. 

If an item arrives faulty a refund on postage may be possible once the item is inspected.
